Our Casa Granola Recipe to Try at Home

A little piece of Casa for your breakfast table at home.
For many people, our homemade granola is just as much a part of breakfast at Casa as that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning. And since we’re constantly being asked for the recipe, we’re happy to share it.
For 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
– 250 g coarse rolled oats
– 125 g almonds, coarsely chopped
– 125 g coconut flakes
– 65 g pecans, coarsely chopped
– 65 g pumpkin seeds
– 65 g maple syrup or pear syrup
– 125 ml olive oil
– 50 g sugar
– 25 g flaxseeds
– 65 g sunflower seeds
– 75 g dried fruit, depending on the season
– 7 g salt
Preparation
: Heat the olive oil, maple syrup or pear syrup, sugar, and salt in a small pan until the sugar has dissolved.
Combine the rolled oats, almonds, shredded coconut, pecans, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Add the warm liquid and mix everything together well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 160 °C for about 25 minutes. Turn the granola regularly while baking so that it toasts evenly.
Chop the dried fruit into small pieces and mix it into the cooled granola.
Store in an airtight container afterward.
