Book online
Visit our website, select your desired room category and book securely and directly via our online booking system.

Give us a call! We are here for you during business hours 8.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 -18.00.
Booking by e-mail
Send us your booking requests by e-mail and we will take care of everything.
Important note
We require a credit card as a guarantee for your reservation. Please provide the following information:
- Credit card number
- Expiration date (MM/YY)
- Three-digit check number (CVV)
Your data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be charged.
We accept various payment methods for your convenience: debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash on personal arrival.

Retreat guests: Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked retreat (incl. accommodation, meals and course) will be charged.
Individual guests: Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that 100% of the service will be charged.
Cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid possible fees in the event of a cancellation.
Your room is ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 17:00, please inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am. For retreat groups, we ask you to vacate your room by 9:30 am at the latest.

Parking facilities:For guests arriving by car, free parking is available in the parking lot of the Monte Lema cable car (white parking spaces). The parking lot is only 100 meters from the hotel.
Our homemade, vegetarian breakfast buffet is available daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Yes, we warmly welcome your four-legged friend! We charge a daily rate of CHF 15.00 for your dog. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the kitchen or dining area. To ensure that a room is available for you and your dog, please contact us in advance.
Please let us know in advance if you have any food intolerances or allergies so that we can adapt the meals accordingly.
We are a non-smoking albergo. All rooms are non-smoking and smoking is only permitted outside.
