In this retreat, we will focus on the questions that death raises and our attitude towards it - in life, in our own dying process and in the transition phases afterwards. This attitude shapes our next incarnation and influences how we come to peace with ourselves and with others.
We deal with grief and letting go, with reconciliation, forgiveness and compassion. We explore fears in life and before dying, as well as the topic of attachment and the ability to develop trust and surrender. The various stages of dying and the process of rebirth are also considered. The aim is to find clarity and inner peace with one's own life and to obtain tools to be able to accompany people at the end of life and mourners with care.
