The Swiss Tourism Federation is featuring our Casa Santo Stefano on the Swisstainable Hub as a best-practice example of sustainable and mindful management.
Titled “More Time for Guests Through Clear Processes and Mindful Management,” this article shows how we, as a small, personally managed hotel, integrate sustainability into our daily operations, continuously refine our processes, and keep the essentials front and center: personal hospitality and time for our guests.
